1. INTRODUCE YOUR FAMILY

My family has three people: my father, my mother and me. I am the only daughter in my family. I haven't any brothers. My father is a lecturer in a college. He is 48 years old. He has been teaching English for over 20 years. He is an experienced teacher. He has already written 40 books. My mother works at the same school with my father. She is 43 years old. She is a cheerful and pretty person. As for me, I am a pupil at a high school in the province now. I am a student. My dream is to be an English teacher like my parents. I hope that my dream will come true in a near future.

2. WHAT DO YOU DO EVERY DAY?

Every morning, when the clock strikes five, 1 immediately get out of bed. After making my bed, I do morning exercises for about 15 minutes. After that I brush my teeth, wash my face and review my lessons. I eat breakfast at 6.15 I leave my house for school at 6.30. It takes me 15 minutes to go from my house to my school by motorcycle. I spend the whole morning studying at school. School is over at 11.30. I come home, have lunch and rest until 1.30. In the afternoon, I often stay at home, do my homework and prepare the lessons for the next/following day. At 4 o'clock I relax by playing badminton with my friends in the neighborhood. At 5 o'clock, I help my mother to cook dinner. We eat supper at 6 o'clock. After eating dinner I often watch TV or go to the evening class at the foreign language centres. I often go to bed at 10 o'clock.

3. TELL ABOUT YOUR GRANDPARENTS

My maternal grandfather and grandmother are very old. My grandfather is eighty years old and my grandmother is seventy years old. I like grandfather very much. He tells me a lot of stories. He also helps me do my school work. My grandmother too loves me very much. She buys me chocolates and sweets. She tells me to be good and obedient to my father and mother. During my school holidays I follow my grandparents to my uncle's house in Manila. They always advise me to learn well and not to play around too much. When I go to school my grandfather follows me to the school and then he goes nd too back home. He wants to see that I am careful on the road. Again when school is over I see my grandfather waiting for me at the school gate. He takes me back home. I love my grandfather and grandmother very much.

4. TELL ABOUT YOUR CHILDHOOD

As I looked at the photographs taken during my childhood days, it seemed only yesterday that I was a little child. My childhood was a pleasant one. Being the only child in my family, my grandparents doted on me. As a result, 1 was a rather mischievous boy. I liked snacks like chocolates, ice-cream and Cadies, but I hated proper, meals. I can recall how my granny had to run after me, one hand holding a bowl of porridge and the other holding a spoon. I would run faster, shouting noisily as I played with my toy aeroplane. What a little brat I must have been! I also remember the time when I mistook the laundry soap for a bar of chocolate and wanted to much it. Luckily, my granny saw it before 1 I took the first bite. Since I have no brothers or sisters, I would play with my neighbours at times. There was a boy, Alex, whom I looked up to. He was very good at playing marbles and he used to share the marbles he won with me. Now I am a big boy, my childhood hays have become a beautiful past which is worthy of recollection.
